Toxitae is an infamous bounty hunter. Much like Arrowuna, he has the ability to shoot down land-dwellers while remaining safely underwater. He currently works in service of the Kyvelp Republic, helping them to eliminate all of their amphibian adversaries one by one. Legend has it he never misses.
