Kelvacrab is a Fijo-based farmer who almost exclusively raises urchins. He’s worked with them as livestock for almost his entire life, and he’s learned lots of things over the years. He’s a kind spirit, but not many Hycians will come to visit him (those urchins can be quite dangerous, after all).
