Hapaloa is a young girl who keeps to herself, nestled up in the shallow tidepools of the Grand Ravine Reef. The venom in her beak can be fatal to others, and her parents liked to scare her into thinking she’s a danger to her friends. It led Hapaloa to flee from her home, that way she wouldn’t hurt anyone.
