Fangambi is a no-good thief. He lives in one of the dingier neighborhoods of Thermagmia Mountain, and there aren’t many Hycians there who’d be willing to go head-to-head with that nasty set of teeth. He’ll gladly help you out as a sort of “con-man for hire,” but just be prepared to negotiate on his terms.
